DR. NANCY DURSO: IC SI, or Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Insertion is a procedure used with IVF for male infertility. Through micromanipulation a single sperm is placed into each egg to assist the fertilization. IC SI has allowed men with even very low sperm counts to become fathers.
