DR. NANCY DURSO: IVF was designed for women with blocked tubes. However, it has now expanded to women with ovulation disorders, unexplained infertility, and men with malefactor. IVF conception rates per month are the highest of any treatment. Results are based primarily on the age of the woman. Women over the age of 35 who have not conceived for two years should consider IVF. We will review our statistics with you and help you understand what your likely success will be.
